Our Charity Shop Window Displays
Our Charity Shop is central to our mission. It is thanks to our wonderful volunteers and loyal customers that we are able to fund and deliver essential projects for the Highworth Community. This gallery is to highlight the excellent work done by Carol, one of our dedicated loyal volunteers.
May Day 2026
Our annual summer fundraiser drew a record crowd to the grounds. Stalls, live music, and great food helped raise vital funds for local causes.
Christmas Santa and Sleigh
Each year, the Highworth and District Lions collect for charity as Santa and his sleigh tour many local spots. They also help organise Highworth town centre’s Christmas lights switch-on, where Santa and the sleigh join the festivities - filling the streets with carols, mulled wine, and plenty of community cheer.
Prostate Cancer Testing day
Each Year The Highworth and District Lions conduct a Prostate-Specific-Antigen “PSA” screening event. This is done in partnership with the charity CHAPS, The Highworth Town Council and Healthcare Provider, Sirkka.
Seniors visit Western-Super-Mare
Lions support this annual event, giving Highworth’s seniors a wonderful day out to Weston-super-Mare.
