The Highworth and District Lions Club has been proudly serving the community since its formation in 1974 and is a registered charity (#285690).
We support a range of good causes and projects, and organise and take part on fundraising activities. As local residents ourselves, we serve the unique needs of the community in which we live.
We are a part of Lions Clubs International, which is the largest Service organization in the World with more than 1.4 million members across 200 countries. In 2017 the Lions Clubs International celebrated it’s 1st centenary. The world is now a very different place but the desire of Lions members to serve others and help need the needs of the local community and society are as strong, as needed as ever.
